A multi-brand international company are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to work in our modern office at Derrimut, VIC to assist our General Manager for Operations to coordinate and support the systems of our state warehouses.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be accountable for processing inbound deliveries, outbound shipping, inventory management and reconciliations and purchase order management


  • Assisting with purchasing
  • Coordinating logistics, inbound and outbound while mitigating possible risks
  • Interacting with customers in regards to orders and queries
  • Analysing data to identify trends and the root cause of performance gaps ultimately providing actionable solutions

Essential skills and experience

  • Strong communication skills to develop strong working relationships with your team members, customers and suppliers
  • High levels of common sense, commercial acumen, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A willingness to learn, flexibility and the ability to shift direction quickly.
