About the Role

The Senior Photographic Producer has responsibility for the photographic function of the company. Has fiscal and photographic production responsibility for any project. Seeks to ensure the photographic product completed by the company is of the highest possible standard and within budget.


  • Sourcing, co-ordinating and managing the photographic production team (photographers, stylists, talent)
  • Production scheduling including both client and creative liaison
  • Quality control of photography project elements and processes
  • Provide assistance and support to Creative Directors and Account Managers in the photographic production area obtaining quotes from suppliers
  • Responsible for maintenance of documentation and internal studio systems applicable to job production and client management
  • Provide internal efficiency initiatives, policies and procedures when and where required
  • Identify and engage other key stakeholders that effect business outcomes
  • Engage Business Owners as the key stakeholders in overall business outcomes
  • Creative consultation including distributing creative briefs and facilitating information requirements to the production team
  • Meet the company’s Management Planning objectives in relation to the quality of creative product
  • Responsible for profitability and growth of the photographic studio

  • Take ownership of client photo shoot documentation and financial records

  • 5 years + as a photographer in a Graphic Design, advertising or studio environment
  • Demonstrated high level verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
