About the Role

The Senior Art Director will report into the head of content and work closely with the head of Marketing. She/he will have high levels of autonomy, responsible for designing the communications, understands the modern media ecosystem, can deliver on day-day campaign and conceptualize branded partnership engagements. A critical role that will be tasked with conceptualizing and designing the communication and experiences across all facets of the marketing needs.


  • Ideating and conceptualizing ideas across a variety of community and user based marketing campaigns
  • Crafting conceptual visual stories and building the company’s brands through campaign level understanding and execution
  • Ideating with multi discipline cross functional teams across marketing, product, partnership and technology
  • Day to Day briefing and collaboration with analysts, copywriters and other graphic designers on required collateral
  • Develop style guides for a variety of projects, leading the design/development process, with consistent branding across the company’s brands
  • Support the business’ planning needs but also its reporting needs.
  • Remain up to date on marketing trends, ecosystem channels and Web 3.0 opportunities
  • Hire and develop direct reports


  • Interest in NFTs, gaming, or a relevant space
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment
  • 8+ years of Design and Art Director experience at/with an agency, app or web-first business
  • Senior level understanding of graphic design, typography and layout and how it extends through the digital realm and its counterparts
  • Have led a team of art directors or graphics design members before
  • Experience in campaign creation, customer journey mapping and execution
  • Participation in the implementation of a marketing campaigns on a large scale, across multiple touch points
  • Conceptual, yet possess an attention to detail
  • Solution orientated with a can do mindset
