Leading tier 1 manufacturer with world recognition for quality and reliability are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to lead the development and operations of their mechanical division. This role will see you manage the services team on a national basis, liaise with stakeholders, clients and customers across Australia.

Your role will be to develop and manage a team of services technicians to speciality concentrate on applied maintenance across Mechanical / HVAC. Further to this, this role will see you;

  • Manage the delivery of the applied services operations nationally including development of objectives, targets and revenue
  • Assist in the leading, mentoring, coaching and encouraging all new and existing staff creating a strong work culture
  • Execute planned strategies and expanding the business through tendering for new maintenance contracts
  • Manage Maintenance Services financial success through budget control and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain strong customer and client relationships

You will possess:

  • 5 years management experience managing the services division of a HVAC or Mechanical company
  • Trade qualification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering degree
  • Strong understand, both hands-on and managerial of maintenance contracts and services
  • High level of communication and presentation skills
