About the Role

The Marketing & Communications Manager understands consumer mindsets and bringing consumers’ imaginations to life. Key role in driving the category from a marketing perspective and building strong relationships both within and outside the company. Drive a customer-centric marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, and customer insights focusing on internal and external clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • To develop and execute Marketing strategies across various brands that support the company’s vision and strategy
  • Analyze the markets for the relevant brands and categories for your brands
  • Establish and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans aimed at meeting the goals of the company
  • Monitor and report on results for implemented strategies
  • Develop professional relationships with all customers, external and internal
  • Keep up-to-date with product news and increase internal knowledge
  • Contributes to a positive work environment, performing tasks well, ensuring the company delivers the best possible customer service, and adhering to values and policies

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
  • Previous experience in the marketing space
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics and consumer insights
  • An understanding of the size and complexity of the portfolio to be managed, commensurate with the seniority of the position and the scope of the marketing role
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively across functional (Internal/External) teams
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills
  • Sound decision maker (especially around customer insights)
  • Collaborative team player
