Customer Service Representative

We are looking for energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our inbound contact centre team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Duties

  • Respond to customers’ incoming calls and online enquiries, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
  • Deliver on KPIs and targets relating to customer excellence, retention, responsiveness, quality, and call handling
  • Ownership of customer queries, delivering a first call resolution and highlighting potential repeat call drivers
  • Demonstrate the value of the Alinta Energy brand and services at every customer interaction
  • Own and drive self-development with a can-do attitude

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Applied Customer service concepts and techniques including but not limited to, managing difficult and challenging conversations, empathy vs sympathy and building resilience
  • Experience in Window’s computer environment i.e., Microsoft Office
  • High customer service focus
  • Ability to work in a Team environment
