Channel Sales Manager/Executive

About the role

As a Channel Sales Manager/Executive, you are needed to work with partners and will be responsible for developing and maintaining long lasting relationships, identifying new opportunities within the industry as well as adjacent markets, merchandising solutions on an international scale.


  • Build product and domain expertise by understanding product functionalities, market positioning, competitive landscape, product market fit and so on
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with partners, prospects, and customers in various geographies
  • Own and meet assigned sales targets (co-owned by channel managers) by working closely with partner sales teams
  • Collaboration with various internal functions such as presales, customer success, marketing, and support to provide seamless support to customers and partners
  • Understanding the local marketplace, including the factors that influence buyer decisions, such as the economy and technology
  • Provide partners with assistance with conversions, objection handling, and resources to help them achieve closure
  • Discovering and implementing new, market-specific lead generation methods to increase existing account base, while working closely with the marketing team, CSM, and reseller sales teams
  • Be the single point of contact for partners for all things technical
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and follow up for partners on customer queries
  • Ensure that the partner is up to date with the latest product updates by holding online training sessions
  • Handle incoming support tickets from partners, manage escalations from partners/customers


  • Demonstrate high project management skills, scope management, resource planning, task tracking, and budget management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel as required.
