Business Development Manager – Cosmetics

Be a brand ambassador and promote the company’s unique brand of luxury and innovative cosmetics, targeting major retailers across Australia?

Our client is an innovative luxury Australian cosmetics brand committed to developing high-performance formulas using clinically proven ingredients, making customers happy. They work closely in the skin and laser industry to deliver safe cosmetics solutions for problematic skin. Their product itself are cruelty free and not tested on animals.

Responsibilities

  • Build upon existing stockists and grow new relationships
  • Implement strategies, training programs and work with sales targets
  • Travel to train and educate stockists and implement new promotions, correctly installing marketing material as per guidelines
  • Working with a KPI bonus structure
  • Travel to trade shows, beauty and hair expos when necessary
  • Promote the brand at functions, promotional nights and openings

Essential skills and experience

  • At least 2 years proven track record in business development and sales
  • Have a strong focus on sales results
  • Have a passion and strong knowledge of the cosmetics industry
  • Be enthusiastic, driven and results orientated
  • Bring ideas, creativity and is passionate about training and educating
  • Have the ability to multi-task and work autonomously
