About the Role

This role is for someone who has proven sales and client relation experience and a strong drive to achieve great outcomes for clients while assisting them with their inquiries about products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional quality of costumer service to clients relating to financial services.
  • Proactively manage a sales funnel and follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion
  • Develop strategies to come up potential customers along the sales path, culminating in successful sales transactions.
  • Keep abreast of emerging requirements and markets to direct future business development opportunities.
  • Part of the role will be organic growth, as we strive to develop a sustainable and authentic relationship with our client’s existing customer base.
  • Ensure that communication and transactions are performed in a compliant manner and in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Respond professionally and in a timely manner to all queries and complaints.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in financial services industry highly regarded.
  • Strong presentation skills to individuals and groups of all sizes.
  • Organised self-starter and excellent communicator capable of driving business results without significant supervision.
  • Skills in persuasion, influencing and selling ability that supports the achievement of sales and profit targets.
  • A team player with a strong desire to be part of a collaborative team while also being self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
