As Business Development Manager, you will work in a high performing and highly collaborative team with a great culture. You will be involved in developing the team members technically and personally through coaching and mentoring, as well as standardising ways of working in line with industry standards and best practices.

Their products cover a very broad range of functionality which they are continuously improving, fine-tuning and perfecting. They customise functionality based on customer needs supported by their technical services staff and online knowledge base. Where appropriate they add third party solutions to increase functionality to the overall solution. Their focus is to have satisfied customers wanting to and using their products and services.


  • Cold calling / door knocking dental practices to gain a chance to sell
  • You’ll be trained in using the challenger methodology to achieve fantastic results
  • Selling based on value and insight. You’ll be selling to highly successful business owners who don’t have time for a ‘fluffy’ approach
  • Targets are realistic and you’ll be focused on new business
  • You’ll be attending a high volume of appoints with a typical sales cycle of 2-3 engagements

Essential skills and experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B business development role
  • Very strong ability to hit the phone and prospect for new business
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Innovative, qualified, well trained and professional
